On behalf of the "Skills for Rural Livelihood Development" Project in Myanmar, initiated by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation, I conducted a project evaluation - among other tasks.

I assessed the overall project & program documentation and relevant policy information, developed an evaluation matrix and verified retrospective and prospective outlooks through consultation with key stakeholders.

I do not see evaluations as a basis for decision-making on continuation or redesign of projects and programs only, but also as a stimulation for intensive processes of reflection and learning about one's own work, its relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability.
