Commisioned by the German Association for International Development (GIZ), I conducted a graduate tracer study in the field of Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) for the nationwide "Vocational Education in Laos"(VELA) project.


To launch the tracer study I developed manuals, survey materials, databases, case studies and training tools. In this area, I also promote a complementary approach using E-Tracer Studies. Those take the new communication channels into account and can be used for continuous monitoring by the career counselling units.
