As part of a reorientation of agricultural extension in Laos, I was involved in the development of a national extension strategy. For the "Laos Extension for Agriculture" (LEAP) project led by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation I trained agricultural advisors and multipliers.

Based on integrative, gender-sensitive, participative, needs-based and group-oriented principles, I supported practical training and coaching, material development, networking and the development of communication strategies.
