On behalf of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), I developed strategies, plans and project documents for the "Support to the Reform of the Agriculture and Forestry Colleges" (SURAFCO) Project in Laos. SURAFCO supports the implementation of the ministerial reform strategy to improve agricultural education throughout the country.

Based on the establishment of a "centre of excellence for sustainable highland agriculture" in the north of Laos, a country and region-wide dissemination of work results to other education institutions was initiated during my time as a project manager from 2009 to 2014.
